OUR FOOTBALL CONDITIONING CLASSES FOR 13 - 18 YR OLDS WILL HELP TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL!.

IN ORDER TO MAKE BEST USE OF THEIR FOOTBALLING SKILLS, A PLAER MUST FIRST HAVE THE FITNESS TO BE ABLE TO MAKE AN IMPACT OVER THE FULL 90 MINUTES.

OUR TEAM HAVE DESIGNED A PROGRAM FOR TEEN FOOTBALLERS TO REACH PEAK FITNEES, STRENGTH, SPEED & ENDURANCE 

OUR 13+ ACADEMY TRAINS 2 X PER WEEK, GYM SESSION ON WEDNESDAYS WITH DCU S&C STAFF & PITCH SESSION.

SATURDAY IS PITCH SESSION WITH UEFA PRO LICENCE COACH NEALE FENN & PATH2PRO STAFF

ALL CLASSES ARE HELD AT THE STATE OF THE ART DCU SPORTS CAMPUS FACILTY, GLASNEVIN, DUBLIN 9 

Resistance & Weight Training for Football Players is essential to develop strong muscles, tendons & ligaments to prevent injury. Improving total-body strength is proven to  increase agility, speed and quickness.

PATH2PRO is a football academy dedicated to helping young players reach their potential. Our team of professional coaches are committed to providing a premier experience for our athletes, both on and off the pitch.
OUr june training camp gym includes gym sessions with DCU S&C staff, as well as training sessions with Neale Fenn, a former professional footballer.
Our goal is to help our athletes succeed at the highest level and gain the skills they need to make it in the professional world.
