At PATH2PRO, we are dedicated to developing young footballers both on and off the pitch through high-quality coaching, engaging programmes, and real pathways into sport. Based in DCU, Dublin, we provide a complete football experience for children and teenagers, combining, learning, and personal growth in a positive and professional environment.

 

Weekly Classes

 

The PATH2PRO Academy for ages 5–12 is designed to introduce young players to football in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Focusing on enjoyment and development, the programme uses a games-based approach to help children build fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, and coordination while encouraging creativity and confidence on the ball. Sessions are tailored to suit all ability levels, ensuring every child feels included and motivated to improve. Led by experienced coaches, the academy also promotes teamwork, respect, and a love for the game, providing the perfect foundation for young players to grow both on and off the pitch

Football Camps

 

Our popular summer camps are designed to be fun, active, and inclusive. Using a games-based approach, players improve their football skills while enjoying small-sided matches, team challenges, and social interaction. Open to boys and girls aged   5-12 of all levels, our camps focus on building confidence, creativity, and a love for the game in a safe and energetic setting.

 

Full Time TY Academy

 

The PATH2PRO TY Academy offers Transition Year students a unique opportunity to step into the world of coaching and sports development. Participants gain hands-on experience, develop leadership and communication skills, and work alongside experienced coaches. The programme is ideal for students interested in sport, teaching, or personal development, providing valuable skills that extend beyond football.

Scouting / Agency Services

 

PATH2PRO is proud to partner with Integral Sports Management, creating a strong connection between grassroots player development and international sporting opportunities. This partnership enhances the PATH2PRO pathway by providing players with access to expert guidance, advanced coaching insights, and potential progression routes within the wider football network. Through collaboration with ISM, participants benefit from a more professional environment, exposure to higher standards, and opportunities to learn from experienced practitioners in the game. Together, PATH2PRO and ISM are committed to supporting young athletes in reaching their full potential, both on and off the pitch, while opening doors to future opportunities in football.
