Cancellation Policy
PATH2PRO Football Camp β Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. To ensure our camps can run smoothly and that we can plan staffing, facilities and coaching numbers, the following cancellation policy applies to all PATH2PRO Football Camps. Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before Camp: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first day of camp will receive a full refund, less any applicable booking or administration fees. Cancellations Within 14 Days of Camp: Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable. Where possible, PATH2PRO may offer a transfer of the booking to another PATH2PRO camp, subject to availability. This is at the discretion of PATH2PRO and is not guaranteed. Cancellations Due to Illness or Injury: If a child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are not normally available within 14 days of camp. However, PATH2PRO may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to another camp where appropriate and subject to availability. Non-Attendance: No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival or leaving camp early. PATH2PRO Cancellation If PATH2PRO has to cancel a camp due to circumstances beyond our control, including venue issues, extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, parents/guardians will be contacted and an appropriate alternative or refund option will be provided. Important By completing a PATH2PRO Football Camp booking, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy above. PATH2PRO reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
