A focused and energetic summer training camp designed for teenage footballers looking to improve fitness, technical ability, and match performance. Sessions combine gym-based strength and conditioning with intensive pitch training to help players develop speed, agility, endurance, confidence, and tactical awareness in a professional environment. The gym programme includes: Strength and conditioning Speed and agility work Injury prevention and mobility Core stability and recovery sessions Performance testing and fitness tracking Pitch sessions include: Technical drills and ball mastery Passing, shooting, and finishing Small-sided games Tactical development Position-specific coaching Match play and competitive challenges Led by experienced coaches, the camp provides a positive and high-tempo atmosphere where players can train hard, build confidence, and prepare for the upcoming season while making new friends and enjoying the summer.
